Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts This Act comes into
operation as follows —
(a) Part
1 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b)
section 359(2) —
(i)
if the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act
2021 section 69 comes into operation on or before the day fixed under
paragraph (c) — on the day fixed under paragraph (c); or
(ii)
otherwise — immediately after the Industrial
Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 section 69 comes into operation;
(c) the
rest of the Act — on a day fixed by proclamation.
