MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 511

511 .         Resignation

        (1)         The Chief Psychiatrist may resign from office by writing signed and given to the Minister.

        (2)         The resignation takes effect on the later of the following —

            (a)         receipt by the Minister;

            (b)         the day specified in the resignation.
