MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 512

512 .         Removal from office

                The Governor may remove a person from the office of Chief Psychiatrist on any of these grounds —

            (a)         mental or physical incapacity;

            (b)         incompetence;

            (c)         neglect of duty;

            (d)         misconduct.
