MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1981 - SECT 20O

20O .         Other written laws

                Unless the contrary intention appears in this Act or another written law —

            (a)         this Part does not affect the operation of any other written law; and

            (b)         the powers in Division 3 are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the powers conferred on police officers by Part 4A or V or any other written law.
