MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1981 - SECT 20P

20P .         Assistance when exercising powers under Division 3

        (1)         An authorised officer may authorise as many other persons to assist in exercising a power under Division 3 as are reasonably necessary in the circumstances.

        (2)         If an authorised officer authorises other persons to assist in the exercise of powers under Division 3, the Criminal Investigation Act 2006 section 15, with any necessary changes, applies to and in relation to the exercise of powers by, or the assistance of, that person.
