Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted to be
prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the purposes of
this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the regulations may prescribe fees that are to be paid in
connection with applications to, and proceedings in, the Commission.
