Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister is to
carry out and complete a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act
within 12 months after the 5 th anniversary of the commencement of any
provision of Part 6.
(2) In carrying out
the review the Minister is to have particular regard to whether the public
policy objectives of this Act remain valid and whether its provisions remain
appropriate for achieving those objectives.
(3) The Minister is to
prepare a report based on the review and cause the report to be laid before
each House of Parliament as soon as is practicable after it is completed.
