(1) Where, following a
notice under section 368, a person appears before the Minister or a nominated
inspector, the Minister or the inspector may —
(a)
administer an oath or affirmation to the person; and
(b)
request the person to answer any question that comes within the terms of the
notice.
(2) The oath or
affirmation to be administered is an oath or affirmation that the person will
truthfully answer the questions put by the Minister or the inspector.
