Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Such sums as are
necessary for the carrying out by the State of its obligations under the
Agreement, and for exercising the powers and authorities conferred upon the
Treasurer by this Act, shall be paid from moneys to be provided for the
purpose by Parliament.
