PROSTITUTION ACT 2000 - SECT 18

18 .         Agreement for prostitution by child

        (1)         A person is not to enter into, or offer to enter into, an agreement under which a child is to act as a prostitute, whether for that person or anyone else.

        Penalty: Imprisonment for 14 years.

        (2)         An offence under subsection (1) is a crime.
