(1) A public health
order, and any variation to or revocation of a public health order, must be
served personally on the person to whom it applies.
(2) However, if the
person to whom the public health order applies is a protected person, the
public health order, and any variation to or revocation of the order, must be
served personally on a responsible person.
(3) A public health
order, or a variation to or revocation of a public health order, does not take
effect until it is served personally in accordance with subsection (1) or (2),
as the case requires.
