Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If a public health
order is personally served on a responsible person in accordance with
section 118(2), the responsible person must take all reasonable steps to
ensure that the person in relation to whom the public health order is in
effect complies with the order.
(2) A responsible
person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with the requirement in
subsection (1) commits an offence.
Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a
fine of $50 000.
