Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person executing
a warrant issued under section 125 who is not a police officer —
(a) may
be accompanied by a police officer if necessary for the effective exercise of
the powers conferred by the warrant and that section; and
(b) must
produce the warrant for inspection by a person occupying the place concerned
if asked by the person to do so.
(2) The warrant
remains in force —
(a) for
the period (not exceeding 30 days) specified in the warrant as the period
during which it remains in force; or
(b) if
no period is so specified, for 30 days from the date of its issue.
(3) However, the
warrant ceases to be in force when it is executed.
