Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person may
exercise a power conferred on an authorised officer under this Division if the
person is authorised by the Chief Health Officer to exercise the power under
section 152(1).
(2) However, the power
can be exercised only —
(a) if
the serious public health risk to which the authorisation relates has arisen;
and
(b)
while that serious public health risk continues.
(3) Subsection (2)
does not limit section 190(1)(p).
