(1) The enforcement
agency that gave an enforcement order to a person must give a certificate of
clearance to the person if the enforcement agency finds, by the enforcement
agency’s own assessment or the report of an authorised officer’s
assessment, that —
(a) the
person has complied with the order; and
(b) if
applicable, there is no longer a serious public health risk to be prevented or
mitigated.
(2) A certificate of
clearance must be in the approved form.
(3) An enforcement
order in respect of which a certificate of clearance is given is to be taken
to have been revoked.
