PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 235

235 .         Disruption of inquiry

                A person must not —

            (a)         wilfully insult an inquirer when the inquirer is conducting an inquiry; or

            (b)         wilfully interrupt or wilfully obstruct the conduct of an inquiry.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
