resist, obstruct or attempt to obstruct an authorised officer in the
performance of the authorised officer’s functions under this Act.
Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a
fine of $10 000.
(2) A person must not
falsely represent, by words or conduct, that the person is an authorised
officer.
Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a
fine of $10 000.
(3) A person must not
threaten or intimidate an authorised officer in the performance of the
authorised officer’s functions under this Act.
Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a
fine of $10 000.
