PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 42

42 .         Term used: public health plan

                In this Part —

        public health plan means —

            (a)         the State public health plan prepared by the Chief Health Officer under section 43; or

            (b)         a local public health plan prepared by a local government under section 45.
