PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 79

79 .         Period an activity licence remains in force

        (1)         Unless it is sooner cancelled, an activity licence remains in force, except while it is suspended, for the period specified in the licence.

        (2)         An activity licence may be renewed under section 80.
