Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A mortgagor
seeking to redeem any one mortgage is entitled to do so without paying any
money due under any separate mortgage made by him, or by any person through
whom he claims, on property other than that comprised in the mortgage that he
seeks to redeem.
(2) This section has
effect notwithstanding any stipulation to the contrary.
(3) This section
applies only where the mortgages or one of them are or is made after the
coming into operation of this Act.
