RESIDENTIAL PARKS (LONG-STAY TENANTS) ACT 2006 - SECT 37

37 .         Form of default notice

                A default notice must —

            (a)         be in writing signed by the park operator; and

            (b)         identify the agreed premises; and

            (c)         include any prescribed information.
