RESIDENTIAL PARKS (LONG-STAY TENANTS) ACT 2006 - SECT 38

38 .         Form of notice of termination

        (1)         Except as provided in subsection (2), a notice of termination must —

            (a)         be in writing in the approved form; and

            (b)         be signed by the person who is giving the notice; and

            (c)         identify the agreed premises; and

            (d)         include any prescribed information.

        (2)         A notice given under section 45A(1) must be in a prescribed form.
