applies if, immediately before the commencement day —
(a) a
person could have, but had not, applied to the Regulator for a review of a
reviewable decision made under a provision of the former Law; and
(b) the
period within which the person could apply for the review had not ended.
(2) The person may,
within the period referred to in subsection (1)(b), apply for the review, and
the Regulator may hear and decide the review, under the new Law section 216 as
if the reviewable decision had been made under the corresponding provision of
the new Law.
