(1) This section
applies if —
(a) a
person had a right under the former Law section 217 to appeal to the court
against a decision of the Regulator; and
(b) on
the commencement day, the period within which the person could start an appeal
had not ended.
(2) The person may,
within the period referred to in subsection (1)(b), start an appeal against
the decision and the court must hear and decide the appeal under the new Law
section 217 as if the decision appealed against had been made under the
corresponding provision of the new Law.
