(1) If the amount
payable under a compensation order is not paid within 28 days after the date
of the order, the person in whose favour the order is made may enforce it by
lodging a certified copy of it, and an affidavit stating to what extent it has
not been complied with, with a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) When lodged, the
order is to be taken to be a judgment of the court and may be enforced
accordingly.
(3) No fee shall be
charged for a certified copy of the order or for lodging it.
