Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who without
lawful excuse, proof of which is on the person, does not comply with a
restitution order commits an offence punishable —
(a) by
the Supreme Court as for a contempt; or
(b)
after summary conviction by the court that imposed the order, a fine of $10
000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
