Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An order or
declaration under this Part is in addition to and not part of the sentence
imposed on an offender.
(2) A sentence must
not be reduced because an order or declaration is made under this Part.
(3) A court that under
Part 6 does not impose a sentence on an offender may nevertheless make an
order or declaration under this Part.
(4) Despite subsection
(1) an offender may appeal against an order or declaration made under this
Part as if it were part of the sentence imposed on him or her.
