Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) For the purpose of
carrying out its functions, the Board and its chairperson and members have and
may exercise the powers that a Royal Commission and its chairman and
commissioners have under the Royal Commissions Act 1968 .
(2) The
Royal Commissions Act 1968 , with any necessary changes, has effect in
relation to the Board, its chairperson and members.
