SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION ACT 2003 - SECT 107A

107A .         Board may use experts etc.

                The Board may appoint a person with relevant knowledge or experience to assist the Board in relation to a matter within the Board’s functions by providing a report, advice or professional services.
