SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 36

36 .         Crowd control agents to be licensed

                A person must not act as crowd control agent except under the authority of a crowd control agent’s licence.

        Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
