SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 37

37 .         Crowd controllers to be licensed

                A person must not act as a crowd controller except under the authority of a crowd controller’s licence.

        Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
