STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2004 - SECT 107

107 .         Tribunal members

                The Tribunal is to have —

            (a)         judicial members, being —

                  (i)         the President; and

                  (ii)         at least one Deputy President;

                and

            (b)         ex officio members under Subdivision 4; and

            (c)         other members, each of whom is either a senior member or an ordinary member.
