Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The judicial
members are responsible for directing the education, training, and
professional development of the Tribunal members.
(2) The Rules
Committee is to assist the judicial members in carrying out the functions
given by subsection (1) so far as they are functions that relate to the rules,
the practice notes and practice and procedure generally.
(3) The Minister is to
ensure that appropriate provision is made for the education, training, and
professional development of the Tribunal members.
