(1) The Rules
Committee may make rules of the Tribunal prescribing all matters that are
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed by the rules, or are
necessary or convenient to be prescribed by the rules for giving effect to the
purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), rules may be made about —
(a) the
organisation and management of the business of the Tribunal; and
(b) the
practice and procedure governing the business of the Tribunal; and
(c)
records of the Tribunal.
(3) Rules are to be
laid before each House of Parliament within 6 sitting days of that House next
following publication of the rules in the Gazette .
