(1) Without limiting
section 43, the regulations or rules may require the payment of fees relating
to proceedings and hearings.
(2) Regulations or
rules relating to fees may provide for different fees for proceedings or
hearings of different kinds and may authorise the waiver or reduction of a fee
that would otherwise be payable.
(3) If a question
arises as to the fee payable or applicable in a particular case, the question
is to be decided by the executive officer.
(4) A person affected
by a decision of the executive officer made under subsection (3) may have it
reviewed by the President in a summary way.
