Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Where the
incorporation of a Church instrumentality incorporated under and by virtue of
this Act is terminated, the Church instrumentality shall thereupon cease to be
a body corporate and all land and other property held by or belonging to, or
vested in it, whether in its corporate name or otherwise, shall without
conveyance vest in the Trust and henceforth shall be held by the Trust for the
purposes of the Church instrumentality if it be not then dissolved and is
still functioning but otherwise, subject to the provisions of the
University Colleges Act 1926 , for such purposes and upon such trusts as the
Synod shall direct.
