authorised or required by or under this Act and in accordance with such
authority or requirement, a person who makes or uses in connection with any
animal feeding stuff, or the sale of any animal feeding stuff, or in any
invoice or advertisement relating thereto —
(a) any
statement or implication that the product is approved or guaranteed under this
Act; or
(b) any
statement or implication that the product is recommended or approved by the
Government or any department; or
(c) any
statement, comment, reference or explanation which directly or by implication
contradicts, qualifies or modifies any particulars required by or under this
Act to be shown on any label, invoice, directions or recommendations for use,
or advertisement,
commits an offence
against this Act.
