Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
give written directions to the Waste Authority with respect to the exercise or
performance of its functions, either generally or in relation to a particular
matter, and the Waste Authority must give effect to any such direction.
(2) The text of a
direction under subsection (1) must be included in the annual report submitted
under section 23.
