WESTERN AUSTRALIAN COASTAL SHIPPING COMMISSION ACT 1965 - SECT 16

16 .         Work may be carried out by contractors

                Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Commission may contract for the execution by any person of any work or service authorised by this Act to be executed by the Commission, in such manner and upon and subject to such terms and conditions, as the Commission thinks fit.
