Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2) of section 21 of this Act, and of this section, the Governor,
on the recommendation of the Commission, shall appoint a person to be the
General Manager of the Commission and the General Manager shall be the Chief
Executive Officer of the Commission.
(2) The person who on
the date of the coming into operation of this Act held the office of General
Manager of the State Shipping Service shall be deemed to be appointed the
General Manager of the Commission under this section.
