WESTERN AUSTRALIAN COASTAL SHIPPING COMMISSION ACT 1965 - SECT 30

30 .         Treasurer may require payment to Consolidated Account

                The Treasurer may, at any time, require the Commission to make a payment to the credit of the Consolidated Account and the Commission shall comply with any such requirement.
