Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating
the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory authorities
apply to and in respect of the Commission and its operations.
(2) The annual report
of the Commission shall deal specifically with the operations of the
Commission in relation to any service in respect of which a direction by the
Governor under section 18 was in force during the year and the financial
statements of the Commission shall show separately the financial results of
those operations.
