(a) in a
law of the State; and
(b) in
any document,
in force immediately
before the date of the coming into operation of this Act, to the Minister of
the Crown charged with the administration of the State Shipping Service or the
State Shipping Service shall be read, deemed and taken to refer to the
Commission.
