Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The board, when it
delivers to the Minister its annual report under the GTE Act section 81, is
also to deliver to the Minister a separate report on the observance by members
of staff of any code of conduct in force under section 14B.
(2) The board is to
give to the Public Sector Commissioner a copy of each report under subsection
(1).
