(1) The Public Sector
Commissioner may in writing direct a board —
(a) to
report to the Commissioner on the observance by members of staff of any code
of conduct in force under section 14B; and
(b) to
make the reports at such times, but not more often than half-yearly,
as the Commissioner
may specify.
(2) The board must
comply with a direction given to it under subsection (1).
(3) The Public Sector
Commissioner may at any time report to the Minister on any matter relating to
the observance by members of staff of a code of conduct in force under
section 14B that the Commissioner thinks should be brought to the
Minister’s attention.
