Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts In this Act:
The term building means any house outhouse stand
booth stable shed tent fence or other buildings railways and tramways edifice
or erection of any description whatsoever for the time being standing or being
upon any land for the time being vested under or by virtue of this Act in the
chairman.
The term chairman means the person who is the
chairman for the time being of the committee.
The term club means The Western Australian Turf
Club.
The term committee means the committee for the
time being of the club.
The term justice means a Justice of the Peace
acting in and for the colony of Western Australia or in and for the city
borough or session district where the matter requiring the cognizance of such
justice shall arise.
