wilfully obstruct or impede any officer servant or agent of the committee in
the execution of his duty upon any land for the time being vested in the
chairman or upon or in any building or premises connected therewith or
wilfully trespass upon any such land building or premises or remove or
wilfully injure any building enclosure post tree or shrub upon any such land
shall on conviction thereof before a justice forfeit and pay for every such
offence over and above the amount of the injury done any sum not exceeding
$20.
