Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Save as herein
expressly provided nothing in this Act contained shall be deemed to affect or
apply to any right title or interest of Her Majesty her heirs or successors or
of any body politic or corporate or of any person excepting such as are
mentioned in this Act and those claiming by from or under them respectively.
