WORKING WITH CHILDREN (SCREENING) ACT 2004 - SECT 35A

35A .         Obstruction of authorised officer

                A person must not obstruct or hinder an authorised officer who is performing or attempting to perform a function under this Act.

        Penalty: imprisonment for 12 months and a fine of $12 000.
