Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations No permit shall be
granted for the burning of a proclaimed plant growing upon any land situate in
any locality within the district of a local government specified by the local
government in a notice in writing given by it to the duly authorised officer
for the district of the local government, whereby the local government objects
to the issue or grant of any such permit.
